These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnDolly platform (ondolly.com / ondolly.life) and its associated AI assistant services. OnDolly is a product of Xite Digital. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

OnDolly provides an AI-powered assistant designed to help manage your schedule, communications, and daily tasks. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally produce errors, hallucinations, or misinterpret instructions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying critical actions (such as important calendar appointments or communications) performed by your Dolly.

2. Not Medical Advice

Any health-related features, tracking, or triaging provided by OnDolly are strictly for informational and organizational purposes. OnDolly is not a medical device, nor a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

OnDolly is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Early reservers may be granted promotional founding-member rates. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Your Conduct and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your connected Google integration. You agree not to use OnDolly for any unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, or to generate abusive or harassing content. Xite Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Changes to the Service

We are constantly improving OnDolly. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically; material changes will be communicated to active users.
